Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when you place an order for cosmetics or beauty tools through Virelunee.

I. Seller and transaction identity

Hubei Yinkehua Network Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Virelunee, operates the online store and is the seller of record for purchases completed through it. Registered business address: Room 306, 3rd Floor, Building 4, Xudong Petrochemical Residential Community, No. 524 Youyi Avenue, Heping Subdistrict, Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. II. Selecting products

Before payment, review product descriptions, shade or model selections, quantities, applicable product warnings, and the shipping details displayed in the cart or checkout. Product availability may change during shopping.

III. Pricing, payments, and order confirmation

The payable item price, shipping charge, and any applicable tax or other charge will be displayed at checkout before purchase confirmation. After successful order submission, we normally send an order confirmation email. We may contact you if there is a payment verification issue, suspected fraud, a stock shortage, or a material listing error; any rejection or cancellation will be handled with an appropriate refund of collected funds.

IV. Order processing and shipment

Confirmed orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Actual shipment origin may depend on availability and shipping destination. Free standard shipping is available when the order subtotal reaches $69. For orders below $69, available carrier services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

V. Order changes and cancellation

If you wish to amend an order or cancel it, contact service@virelunee.com promptly. We will make reasonable efforts before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipment has advanced. If an order has shipped, the applicable Return Policy will govern eligible returns.

VI. Delivery problems

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect product, or if your parcel appears lost, contact our support team with your order details. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy in line with our policies and applicable consumer law.

VII. Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, cosmetics must be unused and unopened with any protective hygiene seal intact. Preference-based return postage is normally paid by the customer. Where we are responsible for a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, an appropriate remedy will be provided without extra return costs. Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Please consult the full Return Policy.

Use service@virelunee.com for purchase-related inquiries, changes, cancellations, returns, and delivery claims. Keep your purchase confirmation and any relevant photos to help us investigate.

IX. Fair interpretation

These purchase terms should be read with the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, applicable legal rights prevail. No part of these terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
